…is an artisanal chocolatier dedicated to producing a limited number of handcrafted chocolates each week. Chocolates by Bob uses only the finest Belgium and French chocolates in the creation of its bonbons. The artistry and designs of the chocolates are created by Bob and performed using the most unique and highest quality coco butters.   We use only fresh ingredients and no preservatives in our ganaches, enriching flavors and enjoyment.

Every element of Bob’s chocolates; from tempering coco butters for the designs, to tempering the dark chocolate shells, to developing unique and individualized ganaches, is hand crafted by Bob.
